Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: dt: the contact's vehicle was involved in an accident on september 10, 2005. the vehicle hit a pot hole and heard something pop. the bolts of the control arm came off. she took vehicle to the dealership, and they replaced the steering knuckle. there was a second accident on october 19, 2005. the contact's husband was driving, not hitting anything, the control arm disconnected and the wheel on the left side of the vehicle caved in. she took vehicle back to the dealership for the second time. the dealership stated it was the control arm that was disconnected. there were no injuries during the accidents, and the passengers were wearing seat belts. the dealership ran the vehicle identification number to see if there were any recalls and there were no recalls. the contact has not contacted manufacturer.*ak
