| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: cosco model # 22-300 jos, dom 12/09/2003. the contact has a child safety seat that the harness buckle continues to unlatch from the back of the seat. this is the harness strap and buckle that positions the infant in the child safety seat. this happens without warning. the contact tried to tighten the strap but it continued to unlatch. no injuries reported. this failure occurred outside of the vehicle as the contact was using this as a carrier. the contact plans to stop using this child safety seat. the make is cosco model number 22-300 jos and the date of manufacture is december 9 2003. |
