Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We purchased a new 2000 buick lasabre from mike shaw buick dealership, 1080 s. colorado blvd., denver, co 80222 on 9-13-1999. april 2005 the passenger side front window regulator failed. mike shaw dealership did the repairs. they did waive the labor for this, because we felt and still do, that this is a mechanical defect. bill $310.35. sept. 13, 2005, another window failed, same problem, only this was the rear driver's side window. again we had the repairs made at mike shaw dealership, but this time they would not give us any satisfaction on this bill of $483.38. we feel that this is a mechanical defect. the exact same thing has happened on another buick owned by our son. if needed i can forward copies of these invoices to you. *jb
