| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated after purchasing the vehicle he began to notice cracks in the steering wheel above the air bags. he contacted honda and spoke with a representative. the representative had someone else to call him back. the representative told him that this problem was his fault because of the way he was pressing the horn. both times the airbag were replaced by the dealership under warranty. he went to a body shop and saw two other vehicles with the same problem ,and they told him if the air bag deployed then it could cause injury to him.*ak updated 12/27/05. *jb |
