| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver sliding door handle came off in my hand when i was attempting to open the door of my van....this is the second time this has happened, i already had to pay $300 to fix the passenger side sliding door handle when the exact same things happened within the last year and that time i was holding my son and almost fell!!!! this is obviously a defect and i had another individual come up to me when the other side was broken w/the same color make and model vehicle and tell me the exact same thing happened to their van......there needs to be a recall on these door handles not only for the safety of many families but for the cost associated w/such a necessary part of the vehicle, thanks!!! *jb |
