| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have contacted cosco multiple times in regards to this seat--the first 3 times to get replacement parts to fix the problem, which i have yet to receive 3 months later, and have called them twice to get a refund--which still has not happened. my son has pulled the straps out multiple times and has fallen out of the seat 3 times. extremely unsafe product which the manufacturer should not be selling. apparently an un-trustworthy company since they won't even send the parts to solve the problem. *jb |
