| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a child passenger safety technician and i had a parent come to a car seat check with a defective(?) car seat. the car seat was a convertible seat and she had her infant rear facing (which was appropriate). when she tried to put the car seat in the forward facing position, with the seat at an upright angle, the seat would slide back into the recline position. she had called the car seat manufacturer and they had told her not to use the seat. she turned the seat over to us and received a new seat. the seat was an evenflo comfort touch, model number 2641175ps. *nm |
