| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact received a recall concerning the brakes. she took the vehicle to a dealer for e recall repair, and the recall service was performed accordingly. after completion of the recall repairs she discovered that when applying brakes at speeds of 3 mph or less the abs will activate followed by a loud noise. the vehicle stops but at extended stopping distance. she contacted the dealership, but they could not offer any explanation. the regional office was contacted regarding this situation and she was waiting for a response. no further repairs or corrections have been made. *ak. the contact stated the problem has been taken care off. *ak |
