| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: contact stated while driving the plastic trim between the windshield and hood began to vibrate. the vibration started in the center and then the plastic trim came off. upon inspection, he determined that the plastic clip attached to the trim of the metal broke. the plastic clips weakened and disconnected from the car. the dealership did not inspect the vehicle to see why it came off. the part has not been replaced. the dealership told the contact to report the problem to chrysler. *ak updated 11/16/2005. *nm |
