| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was taken to dealer for (2) recalls during which time an inspection of the brakes required complete replacement of four (4) rotors and linings. brake lining has less than 25% wear except for the emergency brake lining was destroyed, making the emergency brake non-functional. dealer stated that excessive corrosion cause damage to emergency brake and unsafe condition of all four rotors. dealer replaced rotors and brake linings at cost of $900.00. contacted gmc customer service to report safety issue and file claim. reimbursement denied. *nm |
