| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was never notified of a recall on airbag sensor. *ts the consumer learned of recall 04v103000 about a year later on a website. the vehicle was taken tot he dealer for repairs. the dealer claimed that they shipped the seat to california to be repaired. the consumer found it hard to believe that the seat was shipped and repaired on 3 1/2 days. when the vehicle was returned to the consumer the air bag sensor still malfunctioned. when an adult was in the seat the air bag sensor light illuminated intermittently. the dealer was unable to duplicate the problem and told the consumer that the adult in the seat must sit perfectly still in the middle of the seat. the dealer refused to provide any further repairs. *nm |
