| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On my 2000 gmc yukon xl, a computer module for the antilock brake system is defective and goes out causing a small electric motor to stay on running the battery down. the fuse for the anti-lock braking system must be removed, thus disabling the anti-lock braking system to keep the battery from dying. this has already happened twice on my vehicle and also to many others with 1999-2002 yukons. gmc knows of the problem but refuses to correct it. *nm |
