| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The piece on either side of the windshield to get the water to go off the top of the van instead of the side windows, is bad. my dealer said that the maker knew about the problem. there has been no remedy yet. due to the bad pieces, the windshield whistles once you hit 45 mph or higher. i am taking it in now for the third time to see what they can do about it. in addition to being distracting while driving, i am concerned about my resale value when the time comes, if a prospective owner test drives it and hears that sound. very frustrated and can't find on the internet any other complaints about this problem. the service dept said that they have had others with my van that complained about the same issue, so i am concerned about why it hasn't been addressed on a broader scale by the company. *jb |
