| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: graco model # 7350d0h2,the contact stated there were no instructions in the manual of the child safety seat on how to loosen the latch belt. on one occasion the belt got threaded incorrectly, and she needed slack to reverse it, but was unable to obtain the slack. it was installed correctly, and therefore it was impossible to get enough slack needed in order to remove the safety seat from the latch system.*ak |
