| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was never notified of the recall from nissan. i discovered the recall on my own. i took my truck to the dealer and was told that my vin number was not included in the recall, which was only a number off. i contact nissan and after many attempts with no return call and being told one time that i would be granted financial assistance to fix the tail light harness and after being directed to several nissan specialist i was told that nissan would not cover my problem being the tail light harness, exactly that of their recall, and that of a safety issue. *nm |
