Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: For the second year in a row my 2000 chevrolet suburban has failed the texas safety inspection because the parking brake failed. a chevrolet dealership repaired it last year and it failed again. i have been told the brake has to be used regularly to keep it working and was charged for the repair. there are no instructions in the manual stating this.
