Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer states the brakes are defective. when the brakes are applied they idle and have to be applied again. after the brakes have been reapplied the vehicle moves forward. the dealer was contacted. they said the vehicle was moving forward because the air conditioner (a/c) was in use. the consumer claimed that he was not using the a/c now and that the vehicle was still moving forward. the manufacturer has not been contacted. *ak updated 12/07/05. *jb
