| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2004 pontiac grand am from car corner dealer in roanoke rapids, nc 27870 on or about 10/9/05. i have had the car for 1 month and the ignition system locked up. i was informed by a person the dealer sent to work on the vehicle that he was called to another incident recently it the same problem with a car that was purchased from this dealership. at this time the person stated that it was a recall on the same problem i am experiencing with my vehicle. i contacted pontiac and they stated that there is no recall on the vehicle problem. i was told by the dealer that he is not going to be full responsible for the repairs of the problem with the ignition system. what rights i have at this point. i am seeking help with this matter. *jb |
