| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a used car from the dealer, but the car has a problem. the salesman who sold me the car at the dealer told me that they were going to fix it and they tried to fix it 4 times already. after 4 tries the problem is still there. i think they are waiting for the 30 day guarantee to end before i do anything about it, so then i need to pay for the repairs myself. they keep telling that the car is fixed, but the problem is still there. i can feel the problem every time i drive, and they admit that they can feel it as well, when they test drive the car. *nm |
