| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A client came to our office today to have a car seat installed by one of our certified technicians. the seat, a dorel (cosco) comfort infant carrier w/ base was defective. the metal bar on the base had become dislodged and would not allow the carrier to attach. model # was 22-630-bal. date of manufacture was 8/19/05. the seat was brand new, so i advised the client to return it to the store where it was purchased. *jb |
