| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: the right arm of the safety shield broke where it goes into the car seat. it broke when there was no child in the seat. i was driving to work when there was a loud noise and i looked back and the shield was hanging down on one side. i'm the original owner of the seat and it was manufactured 5/2/2003. it's only used for a child that i sometimes care for, so the seat is not used all the time. *jb |
