| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact states while driving under normal conditions at various speeds he experienced an ongoing issue with tire failure. he does not believe this is related to any road hazards. he has experienced complete tread separation on all four tires. he has been consulting with the dealer and the manufacture regarding this ongoing problem. he has replaced the tires with a different brand of tires at his own expense. the dealer replaced one of the tires. however at this time the manufacturer is unwilling to offer any further assistance. the tires are general ameri trac p245/70r17. *jb |
