| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The problem is with the warning label on my convertible car seat. the warning label states that the seat can only accommodate an infant, rear-facing, up to 20 pounds. when i called the manufacturer, i was told the seat can accommodate an infant, rear-facing, up to 30 pounds. while this did not cause a crash, i think the warning label on a car seat should accurately reflect the weight capacity of the car seat. *nm |
