Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The blend door, inside the heater plenum on the dash board of my 2000 ford explorer, failed. this is an extraordinarily expensive repair, and the history of this failure on this model is astounding. once this failure occurs, there is no heat available in the cabin, especially dangerous when defrosting of glass is required. *jb
