| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2000 ford contour. the dash is warped and the front defroster vent is no longer functional. this causes the windshield to fog up in humid or foggy weather. ford had a recall for this problem, but it is no longer valid. i am the third owner of this vehicle. the previous owners did not have the dash fixed under recall. ford requires for me to pay for the repair and or replacement of the dash. *jb |
