| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was involved in a rear end collision where i was at fault due to the brakes malfunctioning in my 1999 isuzu rodeo. the roads were wet and i encountered problems with the braking system, causing me to hit the van in front of me. i have since received a recall notice for this exact problem. i was forced to pay a $500 deductible when this was a known defect to the isuzu rodeo's. what can i do to recoup the out of pocket expense for this accident? *nm |
