Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Since i purchased my mustang 30 days ago it's been in the shop four times for the same problem. the first time they could not find anything wrong, the second time it was the canister valve, the third time the fuel pump module, and now they don't know again. the car stalls and refuses to start. i called ford motor's roadside assistance on friday 11/18/05 for the fifth time because my car would not start. the gentlemen had me push a button to reset the fuel pump and the car started. ford also reneged on their promise to offer me a loaner car, stating i exhausted that benefit, however that makes absolutely no sense because if they had fixed the problem the first time, i would not have had to miss so many days from work and delayed my vacation because i cannot rely on my vehicle. *jb |
