| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: **the model number for this seat is not 8402, the correct number was not available on the complaint form. the correct model number for this car seat is 7411blb.** 1. i have a graco quattor tours travel system (model #7411blb), i attached the car seat to the stroller that came with the system. 2. when i eased the stroller down a ~4 inch curb the child car seat detached form the stroller base, breaking the only (red) clip that secures the child car seat to the stroller; it is also the clip that attaches the child car seat to the base that secures the vehicle car seat. my 2.5 year old daughter was holding onto the car seat carrying handle at the time. the car seat fell our of the stroller with my 6 month old son in it landing on my daughter. 3. i have been unable to contact graco, their offices have either been closed or in training when i have called. *jb |
