| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a 2003 gmc envoy xl. our check engine soon light came on. we brought it into service twice and each time we left they said fixed, but soon thereafter the warning light came on. we were told they replaced the gas cap. we notice that when we go to fill with gas there is no whoosing sound when we remove the gas cap, and it is very difficult to fill with gas. the pump keeps clicking off like it is full. some times it take 20 minutes to fuel the auto. we always smell the odor of gasoline. if we drive and stop somewhere, when we get out you can smell the gasoline. *nm |
