| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact was having problems with cosco model # 22-145-wal child seat. it was difficult to pull the harness straps over the child's head. when attempting to pull the harness strap down it sprang back. on several occasions the harness buckle struck the child on the head. on one occasion, there was a bruise on child's head. on last occasion, she was forced to free her child by cutting the straps because there was not enough slack in the harness strap to remove it. a phone message has been left with the manufacturer three times. *ak |
