| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I stepped up onto the tailgate of my 2000 chevrolet s-10 zr2 and both cables snapped in the middle. i only weigh 150 lbs and they should have not snapped like they did. when i looked at the broken cables, i found that they were rusted on the inside and that is what caused them to fail. luckily the tailgate was not damaged when it broke when it hit the bumper. *jb |
