Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Eddie bauer travel system base was loose when installed in vehicle. *ts the consumer spoke with several representative at people at djg about this problem and ask for information on correcting it. none of the manufacturers suggestions worked. the consumer took the seat to a local hospital to get some assistance. two young ladies put towels under the base to level the base and tighten the seat belt as tight as possible. the next day the base was loose again. the consumer still has the seat in her possession (eddie bauer 22-630-bal, mfg - l#6c005767) *nar
