| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated the brakes made a bad noise. the noise become more frequent with time. the vehicle was taken to the dealership multiple times, and they determined it was causing grooves in the rotors. the noise came from the brake pads. however, the manufacturer has not redesigned the pads. the dealership stated the vehicle was safe to drive. the manufacturer told her to take the vehicle to another dealership for a second opinion. this has not been done. *ak |
