| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 1999 chevrolet silverado pickup truck has the known problem with the anti-lock brake system going into a pulsating mode when stopping at low speeds. this is a significant saftey hazard, and the truck is unsafe to drive. my chevrolet dealer refuses to fix this defect because the truck is not under warranty, and the recall for this problem does not include minnesota, which is the state with the most salt used on highways of any state i have ever lived in. *nm |
