| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On at least 3 occasions since purchasing a 2004 chrysler pacifica as a used vehicle in jan. 2005, my husband or i have inadvertently hit the ignition switch with our knee and turned off the engine while driving. one occasion while we driving on the highway at 65 mph when my husband moved his foot from the accelerator after turning on cruise control. the other two incidents have been at low speeds in our neighborhood while moving foot from the accelerator to the brake pedal. design defect that needs to be corrected. *jb |
