Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated doors will not open from the inside. the locks were electrical, and the window had to be rolled down to open the door from the outside. has been in contact with the dealer. they informed him that he would have to order another handle for the vehicle. the vehicle was not under warranty and no repairs have been made. the outside door handles malfunctioned. when pulling them out to open the door and they stayed out. when getting into the truck and closing the door it locked automatically. with the outside handle out the door will not unlock electrically or mechanically from the inside. the only way to get the door unlocked was to open the window and push the handle in. if the window failed to open the contact would be trapped in the vehicle. manufacturer refused to fix or replace the handles. *ak
