| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2001 chrysler town and country, i have a problem with the power sliding door, this has now happened twice first time fed. 2005 and now dec. 2005. both times it has happened it has been cold, single digit temp. when starting the car and the power sliding door is shut, the moter of the door kicks on and keeps trying to close the door, resulting from this, the door becomes ajar, and the auto slide door will not work plus the door will not shut the door latch freezes in the lock mode and the door will not close!!! this happened when i turn the car on, first time my kids were in the car the second time no one was in the car and the power slide door was never touched. *nm |
