Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: In june of 2005 i purchased a 2005 chevrolet 2500hd with the camp extendable mirrors. upon leaving the dealership i called the sales rep and told him the mirrors were shaking and i could not identify vehicles behind me. i was told don't worry for i will have replacement mirrors ordered tomorrow. i was allowed by gm a replacement of the drivers side only for it was the worst. the replacement provides no change per the service technician , but he was not allowed to order another mirror for gm had released a bulletin of the mirror issue. i contacted gm receiving no recourse and no issue date of a possible fix. on 11-28 2005 i was involved in a accident because i believe i was staring in the mirror and side swiped a dump truck that crossed the median, and i did not react in time to avoid this accident. i have filed for the florida lemon law because gm tells me "it's only mirrors and we know about it so when there is a fix you will be notified. the 2006's have the cure!!! *nm
