| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife was driving our 2000 dodge dakota quad cab in a parking lot when the lower driver side ball joint failed causing a crash into a concrete pole at the driver side door. there were no unusual noises before the failure and the upper ball joints had been replaced this year as part of the recall on all dakotas. this caused my wife to hit her head on the driver side window on impact. *nm |
