| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer experienced various steering, suspension and transfer case problems with her 2001 gmc yukon. *nm the cigarette lighter was hanging out. the dealer replaced the housing and element. the parking brake shoes were replaced. teflon grease was installed on driveshaft to alleviate the bumpiness in the rear. license plate light fogged up. the dealer replaced the lamp. the driveshaft was replaced along with the yoke at the rear u-joint. the consumer heard a clunking noise when putting the vehicle in reverse. the dealer determined that the transfer case chain had stretched. the dealer r and r the transfer case and replaced the chain. *nm |
