Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated when applying brake pressure the brake pedal pressed to the floor and there was extended stopping distance. this problem was more common on gravel roads. the vehicle has been seen by a dealer several times, and the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the problem. as a result, the contact disconnected the abs sensor. he contacted the manufacturer and they extended the warranty on the brakes. this continued to be an ongoing problem. *ak updated 1/11/2006 - the transfer case would not disengage properly. the dealer was unable to duplicate the problem. *nm |
