| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I first noticed the issue when driving in stop and go traffic. everytime i started from a stop or hit the brakes to stop there was a thudding noise or bang sound. i took it to the dealer to check it out and they say it is a know issue with this vehicle because of the way they had to situate the gas tank to accommodate the third row seats. it happens when the gas tank is not completely full and the fuel moves in the tank and make s the tank expand and causes the noise. there is nothing they can do about it. i called the manufacturer, they said same thing, they know about it but not going to do anything about it. *nm |
