| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife was hit in the right front of her 2000 jeep wrangler (sahara ed.) on 12 mar 2005. i contacted damiler chrysler, and rather than reply to me, they turned it over to one of the law firms which has not satisfactorily handling the issue, nor have they contacted me since september. my wife suffered a broken neck, 4-broken ribs, a punctured left lung, a 2" laceration on her head requiring 13 staples and many cuts and bruises because the air bag did not deploy, causing her upper body to go through the window. our hospital and air flight cost totaled more than $60k. much of it paid by my health insurances. *jb |
