| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle has an abnormal vibration when traveling 65 mph and more. i've owned the vehicle less than 2 weeks and it has been at the ford dealerships service dept. 3 times. the dealership has not fixed the problem and does not know the cause of this problem. the dealership service dept. informed me all of the same type of vehicles they have in there inventory have the same problem. the dealership has balanced the original tires, replaced the original tires with new tires and checked front end alignment. *jb |
