| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: cosco model # 22-011 wal. the contact stated while taking the child out of the car seat the harness pulled apart without being unbuckled. the buckle did not click to secure the harness. this happened on two occasions. the first time she was able to reattach the buckle back on the harness. the second time, after the buckle came loose; it was not able to be reinstalled. the car seat was not being used at this time because of the failure. *ak |
