| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On december 17, 2005 i noticed the lock that secures the strap of the car seat was missing, i have the manchester eddie bauer car seat which there was already a recall on. i ordered the part to secure the strap but on the 17th of december i noticed that it fell off the strap and now i am not able to find it, therefore i can not drive with my child in the car or i have to buy a new car seat. i called on december 23rd but they were closed for the holidays. *jb |
