| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated while backing the vehicle out of the garage the steering wheel would not turn. he depressed the brake pedal and it would not stop the vehicle. then he pressed very hard on the brake pedal and the vehicle finally stopped. had the vehicle towed to a dealership to have it inspected. they found the hydraulic pump that controlled the steering and the brakes needed to be replaced. repairs were made.*ak |
