| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have encountered a series of brake rotor failures on my 2004 dodge ram 1500 truck. dealer has twice turned the rotors and once replaced them and the truck has less than 30,000 miles. i was told today that the rotors are warped again and need to be replaced. this truck is not driven hard and there is no good explanation for this problem other than poor quality parts or repair. dodge will not warranty the brakes or their repairs to brakes. i have now spent over $400 at my local dodge dealer...and no satisfaction. this is my first and last dodge truck. hopefully nhtsa will investigate the problem and force dodge to act. *jb |
