Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Chrysler sebring, dodge avenger, or mitsubishi eclispe driver and passenger door handles break off while trying to enter the vehicle. i have had to replace my passenger door handle once and now the driver side has broken and needs to be replaced. the dealer told me they are on back order. why? because they break all of the time. i see vehicles riding down the road with new handles on both sides of the car. what if i were being chased and needed to get into my car to stop someone from attacking me and the handle broke off in my hand. what if i were then raped or worse someone found me dead all because i could not get into my car. someone needs to look into the defect of these door handles. *nm |
