Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Before 10,000 miles, the front would vibrate when braking from highway speeds or going down steep hills. i had the rotors turned because they were warped. within 3 months, the same thing happened again. the rotors were warped again. i took it to the dealership and they replaced the rotors. within 3 months it did it again. i took it back to the dealership and they replaced the rotors again. i also replaced the brakes out of my pocket. it has been another 3 months and it is starting again. at a routine oil change and brake inspection, firestone says the rotors are warped and my brake pads are down to 25%. the vehicle is only 2 years old and has less than 30,000 miles on it. i have had 3 different sets of rotors put on this vehicle. *jb |
